chiiko's wonderful gluten-free and dairy-free salad dressing


This comes by way of our good friend Chiiko, and it's the only salad dressing one of our sons will eat. 

You'll need: 
  • 3/4 cup olive oil (187 ml)
  • 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar (I used white)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
Do this: 

Shake.
