dairy-free banana-tofu milkshakes or pudding

These were delicious! 

You'll need: 

  • soft tofu (300 g)
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 2 t. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Do this: 

Blend, and add ice cubes if you'd like it colder and frothier. This made four small milkshakes. 

If you want them to be more like a pudding, don't add ice cubes, and refrigerate until set.
