As with yesterday's, this Bloody Mary was adapted from Green Smoothie Revolution.
You'll need:
- kale
 - 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
 - chia seeds
 - flaxseed meal
 - garlic
 - fresh seaweed
 - 1/2 cuke
 - fresh parsley
 - 3 stalks celery
 - Roma tomatoes
 - water
 - cayenne pepper
 
Blend and drink!
