Hi Abigail. Thanks for the reply. Hope you had a great Halloween with your family. This is the most usual pumpkin we use in Greece, wo I must fix all my recipes. i'm with you! maybe we could do it the day after halloween. i have two beautiful, huge pumpkins to hug here that missed the jack-o-lantern carving time slot.

Good to see you posting again Abigail. It's nice to be home again, isn't it? Do me a favour. What's the long pumpkin (where you have five pumpkins together) called? In greece we call them all kolokytha, so I'm not sure how to call this in English recipes. I'll check you blog again later on. Thanks.
