easter-egg nest cookies

I've been making these puppies for years--they're full of cocoa (I use dark), coconut, and oatmeal for the nest and after they come out of the oven, you just plop a little candy-coated chocolate egg on top (with the help of your older son).

I love how fun to make and how moist these cookies are. Yum.
